Sometimes structural improvements are needed from mother nature or the age of the home. We work with multiple elevator companies throughout the state so that you have choices. Together we will decide on the placement of the hoist way based on safety and what is allowed by the building codes.

Regardless of what we are working on we always recommend to have guidance from an engineer or architect if any structural changes are being considered. When necessary we bring in any other specialty contractors needed and always searching for new products that increase the value or help lower maintenance.
